Annual engine service on Blue Heron
Bring your customer list.
Owners, boats and engines in from the spreadsheet you already keep. We do it with you on a screen-share.
Your routine, as steps.
Save the jobs you do every week, like an annual engine service, as a list of steps the engineer ticks.
Plan it on the board.
Every engineer’s week on one board. Drop the job on Sam’s Tuesday and it’s on his phone before he’s out of the van.

The job lands in his pocket.
Blue Heron, the steps, and the note from the office: keys in the marina office, owner aboard until ten.

Tick. Photo. Parts.
Each step ticked as it’s done, photos pinned to the step, parts logged against the job.

Twenty seconds a stage.
Each stage filmed on the phone as it happens. That footage becomes the owner’s film.

No signal? Keep working.
Ticks, photos and clips save on the phone on the pontoon, and sync when it’s back in range.
Stuck? The office knows.
A seized drain plug, flagged from the pontoon. The office sees it on the dashboard straight away.

Extra work, approved.
A cracked impeller, priced at £264.60 and signed off by the owner on their phone before the engineer leaves.

Signed off on board.
The skipper signs the work off on the engineer’s phone, before anyone leaves the boat.
One link to the owner.
Every clip in one film, with the steps, parts, photos and their approval underneath.

The office sees it all.
Who’s stuck, who’s on site, and when the owner opened their report.

And the hours add up.
Travel and time on site, stamped on the phone all day, land in the payroll export.

Every service, kept.
Next October, Blue Heron’s last service is one tap away: what was done, by whom, with every photo and clip.
Six things.
One app.
That was one job. Here is what each part does for your yard, your engineers and the owners you work for.
The week, on one board.
Every engineer’s jobs by day. Drop a job on someone’s day and it’s on their phone, with the boat, the steps and the office’s note. Move it, and their phone follows.
- Nothing booked in and forgottenJobs nobody has yet wait in their own row.
- On the engineer’s phone at onceThe job, the boat, the steps and the note from the office.

A film of every job. Not a bill.

- Filmed while they workTwenty seconds a stage. Nothing to edit, nothing to write up.
- Your yard's name on itYour badge on the film, your colours on the end card.

Counts read from the working system, 11 Sep 2026. Not projections.
The things yards actually ask.
Do my engineers need training?
Very little. If they can use the phone's camera, they can use KeelSync: ticking a step is one tap, and filming a clip uses the camera they already know. We walk you through it on the setup call.
There's no signal on our pontoons. Does it still work?
Yes. Ticks, photos and clips are saved on the phone the moment they're taken, and upload by themselves when the engineer is back in range. Nothing is lost to a dead spot.
What does the customer need to install?
Nothing. They get a link. It opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer: the report, the photos and the quote in one page. You can revoke the link whenever you like.
What does it cost after the two free months?
Simple pricing, no lock-in, no setup fee. We'll show you the exact price before your free months start, so there's never a surprise.
We service to a manufacturer's schedule. Does it fit?
That's the idea. Your service routines become step templates, parts are recorded on the card where they were fitted, and every boat keeps its history. Warranty questions are answered from the card, not from memory.
Your first two months are free. So is the setup.
We set you up together: your templates, your first job card, on a call, in under an hour. If it doesn't save you an evening in the first two months, bin it.
